Jugari Cross - Kannada play

Finally went to this play at Ranga Shankara with my entire family, something which i was trying to do since a long time.

Jugari Cross - Kannada play for 105 mins, written by Poornachandra Tejasvi and directed by Nataraj Honnalli. Poornachandra Tejasvi is the son of “Rashtrakavi” Kuvempu.

The play starts with introduction of Jugari Cross and goes on to be a story of a treasure hunt. A couple goes to a market to sell beetle nut harvest from their farm. Some local goons hide some drugs in their bag on the way. The rest of the story is about how the goons chase them and the couple stumble upon some old scripts which turn out to be a map to the treasure.

The striking point about the play was the vivid range of people from all parts of karnataka. Decided to watch it for "Poornachandra Tejasvi"'s name !!!
